Most products available on our website qualify for this offer. However, certain oversized, heavy, or special-handling items (such as scuba tanks, lead weights, hookahs, large dry boxes, oversized gear bags, long spearguns, long fins, and similar products) are excluded due to higher shipping costs.

  • The minimum order value is calculated before VAT and any applicable discounts.
  • Oversized or excluded items will have their shipping charges clearly displayed during checkout.
  • If an item originally shipped under the free shipping offer is returned, the original delivery cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • Orders will normally be dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.

Dispatch & Fulfilment

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been authorised and all items are confirmed in stock.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to you once the order has been handed to the delivery carrier. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after successful delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
